Ankliyan:- It is a  Traditional food of Himachal which is cooked on special occasions ie. diwali ,holli,dushera,lohri etc .But it is specially cook on the occasion of diwali. Basically it's the trend that we eat ankliyan with milk . It make with the help of rice flour. It  is very tasty food.
